• ZYP • wants to ensure your treatment goes uninterrupted and you are paying a fair price based on your treatment plan, regardless of which plan you choose. Our pricing increase reflect consistency amongst higher dosing plans.

To put it simply, the more medication (milliliters per vial) that is required for your dosing, the more it will cost for treatment.

All compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide prescribed by ZYP is compounded with Vitamin B12 (helps with nasuea) & Glycine (helps prevent muscle wasting)

At ZYP, the only fee you'll ever encounter is the initial consultation fee. Once you're on board, all other payments will be for our convenient package plans tailored for your treatment. No hidden fees, just straightforward care designed to meet your needs!

Price Plans for 12-Week Treatment

At ZYP, we understand that everyone's financial situation is different. That's why we offer two flexible payment options for our 12-week treatment plans to ensure that high-quality healthcare is accessible to everyone.

Option 1: Pay in Full
Choose this option if you prefer to settle your treatment plan in one go! When you pay in full upfront, you cover all medication costs, shipping, supplies, and the general service fee for the entire duration of your weight loss journey. Not only do you make your life easier by handling everything at once, but you also enjoy a delightful discount and free shipping on supplies. It's our way of saying thanks for committing to your health!

Option 2: Monthly Payments
For those who find it easier to spread the cost, we offer the monthly payment plan. This option is perfect for anyone who prefers to break down the expenses into three manageable recurring payments. Once you're through with your third billing, that’s it! No surprise charges! Your total includes medication costs, shipping, supplies, and provider services. You can seamlessly glide through your journey and choose to continue with a new plan if you wish after the initial 12 weeks.

For Monthly Payment Options - if your dosing plan requires multiple Vials - You will receive your first vial and the second or remainder of the vials will be shipped to you once the 2nd and/or third monthly Payment has been received.

1. Payment Terms

   • Payment for our weight loss plans is required in full or by 3 recurrent monthly payments upon order placement, as discussed during your consultation. For monthly payments, the first payment will be charged the date of the confirmed order placement - Thereafter 2 more recurrent payments will take place on the same day each month. Payment will stop and you will not be billed again unless you purchase another weightloss plan/package/membership.

   • We accept payments exclusively through Vagaro's payment processor, which supports HSA/FSA cards and major credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, or other forms of payment.

   • We operate as a cashless business to ensure a secure and seamless payment process.

2. Refunds Policy

   • Once an order is placed and payment has been made, refunds are not available under normal circumstances.

   • Special circumstances where refunds may be considered include, but are not limited to:

     • If the pharmacy cannot fulfill the medication order.

     • Other case-by-case situations evaluated at our sole discretion.

   • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ZYPmed.com, and supporting documentation may be required.

3. Receipts and Documentation

   • A payment receipt will be automatically emailed to you upon payment confirmation.

   • Receipts can be downloaded from your email. If you require a receipt to be re-sent, please contact us, and we will resend it upon request.

   • We do not share or disclose any itemized details regarding your weight loss plan purchases.

4. Security and Privacy

   • Your payment information is processed securely through Vagaro's payment platform. We do not share or have access to your full credit card details. Your Credit Card may be saved in Vagaro’s scheduling system but no sensitive information can be seen or accessed on ZYP’s end. We will never process your credit card without permission unless you purchase a monthly payment plan with ZYP Weight Loss as explained above and during your weight loss consultation.

     None of your personal information will be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never provide your information to marketers or sell it to other businesses.

     For added privacy, we do not use or share any itemized receipts related to your weight loss plan.
