1. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our telehealth services for medical weight loss management. By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Telehealth Services
Our telehealth services include consultations, treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and related medical advice for weight loss management conducted via video conferencing, phone calls, or other remote communication methods.
3. Eligibility
To use our telehealth services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Our telehealth services are not a substitute for in-person medical care and are provided based on the information you supply. Always seek the advice of your primary care physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy

6. Use of Services
You agree to use our telehealth services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing truthful and accurate information.
- Following the treatment plan and medical advice provided.
- Ensuring a stable internet connection for telehealth appointments.
- Informing us of any changes in your medical condition.
8. Payment and Cancellation
Payment for telehealth services must be made in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling of appointments must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Failure to cancel in a timely manner may result in a cancellation fee.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZYP Medical and its affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of telehealth services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our telehealth services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be notified through our website or other appropriate communication channels. Continued use of the services after such changes will constitute your consent to the changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
